I scanned in some of my sheets with some stretches, exercises and a few other techniques for a friend of mine. They are from Breathworks, through the Respiratory Rehabilitation Program for COPD that I attended. I still have them in my Photobucket, and I thought I would make them available to anyone that is interested. The link is: s98.photobucket.com/albums/l251/jainplan/For%20COPD/ and just scroll down...

Hi Coco,
Thank you so very much. I am printing them out. I am 90% or better bed fast. So I exercise here in bed about 3 to 4 times a day. This was nice for you to share. Thanks so much.
Happy Trails

Coco; I didn't look at all of them but I glanced at them. Those are good to have. I could never find simple ones like that to share before when I was trying to help others. We have about 10 on the wall at rehab that are warm-up, cool-down exercises for us. These are similar. It helps to have pictures. Thanks Coco.
Maybe when Phil gets back, see if there is a way to make them more permanent. I am not really sure the best way to do that but he would know. Have to wait because he would get overwhelmed but keep it in the back of your mind.

I think once the exercise thread has been created, I can put them right in there so you can look at them, or you can always save them to your documents on your computer, and then either print them off or just keep them available for yourself. Below is just a sample.

Cocojax; You have a good suggestion there. I am not real good with resizing things but your pages are really good to have IMHO. However they could be cut down somewhat. Maybe someone else here is real good at doing that. It has to do with the proper sizing and resolution. I never have totally got that in my head right. I played with a couple to show you. Each was reduced in a different way. Probably still need writing little bigger. Again, I don't know what I am really doing. I really understand part of it. I know if something is posted on the Internet the resolution doesn't need to be as high as it might if printed a good picture. I generally create problems everytime I bring this up but will try again. It is the way it is. Many people still have slow loading computers and some have small screens. If real large graphics are on the page, they often have to scroll side to side in addition to up and down. It also slows down pages loading. Many people do not go to forums for that reason. Please do not take this as any kind of criticism. I think you will be a good asset to this forum. I am anxious for Phil's return and yet that is a ways away yet. Your exercise Section is good idea. Exercise is so very important to our managing our COPD as best we can.

Sure I have no problem doing that, when I scanned them in the idea was for my friend to print them out and put them in a binder like I have done. If you would like them smaller just tell me the size and I can work it out for you...

Cocojax, I probably missed it earlier, but is your name Ellen and can I call you that. I did read about your user name and that is cute.
Cocojax, Just see when it starts up what they want here for the pictures. It looks like it will be before Phil gets back so just see what Jackie thinks. She is handling it in his absence. I just know how difficult it can be for some to read with such large pictures. They are easier for me to read like you have them, but but I have a 17 inch screen.
The pages are great to have, for sure.
