Overall, this has been a good day. I hope Wendy can get some rest tonight. Before, we know it, she will be back home.

Thank You, thank You, thank You!!. Our prayers for today were answered! Things sound great for Wendy. I hope she's not in too much pain, and that it' s under control. I wonder if she's breathing better already. Guess we'll hear soon.

I wish she didn't have to be hurting so much. You'd think the pain meds. would be making it easier. Can't imagine how much they are taking away.
Be strong, Wendy.

I thought Virginia would update you all but I know she was having a rough day. I will just carry over what she posted on the other board around mid-day today:
"I just talked to Wendy, I could tell she was in lots of pain, but she is doing as expected and has a beautiful view, she can watch the mountians, my, that did sound nice, glad she has that, , says she eats very little.. I know she still needs our prayers."
Since that post Virginia let me know that someone else had talked to her and Wendy was feeling better.
Susan; Just getting into the lung areas I believe is painful. Someone else can explain better about the pain. It is normal for the pain. I know Wendy knew what she was getting into. The reward is worth it. She is such a good person and so loving and was really getting down on breathing. I am so happy for her.
