On Friday June 15th the program the view with Barbara Walters and the rest of them will interview Ted Koppell and his wife. Ted's wife has COPD and has been interviewed before by Dianne Sawyers. It could be interesting and I hope it helps spread the word about how many this disease affects and how.

Rosemarie -- I don't have a clue. It's on channel's 7 and 9 here -- 7 is a U.S. station. Jackie - I'm glad you cleared up the times -- the different time zones didn't even enter my head. Thanks

I watched while Ted and Grace Koppel were on and all they got were about 5 minutes on-air time. I was a little disappointed. Not nearly enough time. I guess any exposure is good exposure.

Well I thought Mrs Kopel really tryed to hold the conversation but Ted and Barb Just kept interupting her. You could tell they were just humoring her. Well Kudos to her for the effort. I hope she has a COPD site to visit for support and guidence. bobbioh

You didn't miss anything but a bunch of chattering nabobs. The only people at the table with any dignity was the black lady and Ted's wife. Everyone else was just motor mouthing so the COPD exhibit didn't get to share much of her story. Believe Rosie would have handled it much better. Joe - Tx

This stuff really ticks my A .. I don't know; maybe they're all waiting for us to die off or something.... I know; I shouldn't say that but dang I get frustrated. Between government bureaucracy, the media (or lack of) our own Lung Ass's.....Gr-r-r-r-rr-. Probably just as well I DIDN"T see it!
