This is a difficult post for me because I've met this gentleman "in the flesh" and have had dealing with him for the past year. He's the type of individual you can't help yourself by liking right away. He's also a true gentleman......
John Morrison, member (though not active here on the board) and one of the Directors of COPD Canada Patient Network, is seriously ill.
He was hospitalized on Dec. 21st and is still in ICU in PEI.
This morning I received a note from Ann; his wife, saying that basicially he has stopped all proceedures; his children will be arriving this week. And yes; he's still cognizant.
We all know, and have seen, the power of collective prayers and/or positive thoughts. Some of you (myself included) have also been in a similar situation......
I ask on behalf of the Board and the members of the Network, and all of us who live with COPD, to please say a prayer or send a healing thought for him and his family and hope that he turns the "right corner."
