What is N-Acetyl-L-Cystein (aka NAC) used for and is there any benefits in taking it...........Bruce-O

Hey Bruce; I know little about it except from what I understand it's OTC, thins the mucous but takes much longer (over time) to work...... unlike Gufainsen
