Tuesday May 261:30pm Six Minute Walk 2:30pm Abdominal Ultrasound Finally...last day of tests for now! Originally it was supposed to only be the Ultrasound but the Physiotherapist wanted me to do another Six Minute Walk...this time using a rolling walker. Completed the walk without stopping this time...went 44 meters more. Went for the Ultra Sound and had no difficulty other than a bit of discomfort when the technician pressed a little too hard on my tummy! Now I wait for two to three weeks for a decision on whether or not I'm a candidate. If it's a go, then I'll have to make my decision. Toni

glad you did better on the six minute walk, it's always fun when we do better than we did before and good that the ultrasound didn't bother you....they do push pretty hard and I only mind when it's over a rib....... now the wait............................two weeks will be slow and go fast....

Toni, I've just caught up on your assessment journey, wow what an intense time. I'm so glad that you did so well, and now for the wait. I'm sure the time will be both slow and fast, I know that you will make the choice that's right for you when the time comes. I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Mary

Whew! You did it, day 6 and it seems all went well. The waiting game....I think this is one of the hardest part of anything that one goes through.
