Just to let you know how my journey is going. I continue to do my exercising three times a week, Mondays at Toronto General, Tuesday and Thursdays at Courtice which for me is 5 minutes from home! If the program in Courtice does end in April I'm not sure what will happen. I'm not comfortable driving three days a week to Toronto, so, like Scarlett O'Hara says, " I shall think about that tomorrow!" Actually there is a glimmer of hope with the program but no real details yet. We shall see. There are routine tests done every three months. PFTs, an echo cardiogram and the six minute walk. Also a CT scan is done every three months to ensure that the nodules in my lungs are behaving themselves. I have a clinic appointment with a respirologist every two months to assess my condition and I meet monthly with the psychiatric nurse to keep a close check on my mental well being. Going to also try to attend at least one support meeting this month. Writing everything down on my calendar at home and also recording my appointments on my computers calendar helps a lot, but I'm now carrying around a day-planner in my purse so I can keep track of everything while away from home. I imagine that it all seems overwhelming but on a postive note, you are getting the absolutely best medical attention anyone could get and they are making darn sure they keep you in tip top shape Toni, you are far braver and stronger than I. I applaud you. Keep on keepin' on!

Toni; it seems you've now "resurfaced" for lack of a better word. I'm so proud of you and I get the impression that perhaps, in some way, you have found the "resolve" in your pursuit. WTG lady. Rest well this evening.

Toni, Sorry I missed this yesterday.
You seem to be very organized and staying on track with everything. You are holding on strong and hope things happen soon.
That support meeting sounds like a good thing.
