Nasal Saline may be effective for Chronic Rhinosinusitis The use of Nasal irrigation is on the rise and could be effective according to this article in Medscape. I have been having wonderful success with my WaterPik Nasal irrigator using a home solution of 2 tsp kosher salt + 3/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda and 20 oz. of filtered water...all mixed together and heated in the microwave to body temp. -- Vic www.medscape.com/viewarticle/560126?src=mp

Jackie -- A lot cheaper I'd say. But when I make a batch or 20 oz., I use the whole thing in one go.
I use the reservoir tank of the WaterPik to heat it in the Nuker, and then use about 10 oz in each nostril. When one the right side, the water comes out the left and then when on the left side, it of couses comes out the right. -- Vic
