. Many thanks for everyone's happy birthday.... Your best wishes are appreciated.... To me, it feels strange to see folks wishing I have a happy birthday. If wondering, my wife & I always wish our kids a happy birthday. But when one gets my age, I stopped celebrating "my birthday" many years ago. To me, its reminder that one is getting older. Older is a bad thing. Thus, we do NOT celebrate my birthday at my house. We do NOT celebrate my wife's birthday either. After all, she stopped getting older then 39 many years ago (that's what she tells me).  !!!! Anyway... Thanks for your birthday wishes. If feels weird (to me), but I will accept your happy wishes.... Note: Luckily, I do NOT count physical years on my body anymore. Its the inner feeling years that matter the most. Thus, why "I still feel young" (especially on the deep inside - where it matters the most). Thanks everyone... . |
