I'm not going into many details tonight even though I have Virginia's blessing to share a bunch of stuff...... but I can't. I spoke with her hubby earlier when she was napping, then with Virginia this evening. She'd written down questions and e'thing for the Dr after being in the hospital for a week but..... I guess in some ways I'm still "floored" and still spitting bloody bullets and frankly they're (her hospital specialist/Dr.... )and I use those words "loosley", are d*** luckly I'm not in the same area! I still like a darn good scrap when if /I'm able! Grrrrrrr On a calmer note.... she's due to be released tomorrow. They've stopped the anti IV's, though still pumping her with Pred. They feel "they can't do anything more for her." So; they're sending her home. Her breathing is still quite bad.... and nothing's been resolved. Other than the first night in the ER with... as Viginia puts it.... the "little guy" running around with a cup; that's the only sputum test they've done and even that little bit was "mostly spit" as she says. Hers and Doug's day didn't finish on a happy note to say the least and he still had to make the 2 hour drive home to look after April. It was an emotional day and parting for them. Virginia; I know you'll be on line at some point.... please know that our love, prayers, warm fuzzies, positive thoughts.... you name it little Sis..... Are headed your way! Love you hon.......

Sending a prayer for you, Virginia. I hope you are feeling better soon. This is just not what you were expecting at all. Do you live in an area with more than one pulmo?
I got your back, Jackie. What a lousy way to treat a patient. I think I know what you're thinking and I wish we could be there with Virginia to shake them up.

Virginia
Although glad your home, I wish it were with better findings and results. I hope the care you receive in the future is more adequate and caring. I send wishes of positive recovery your way.
