Linndie, Just want you to know Jenny and I are sending prayers your way.

I think at times like this we all understand what Mother Teresa
meant when she said;

"I know that God will not give me anything I can't handle.
I just wish he didn't trust me so much."

Recently I was reading an article about Japanese craftsmen.
One of the points made concerning broken objects reminded
me of your travails. All of us on this board are broken objects.

It seems when the Japanese mend broken objects,
they accentuate the damage by filling the cracks with gold.
They believe that when something's suffered damage
and has a history, it becomes more beautiful.

Just spoke to Linndie--she is home,feeling really rough,tired and sore. Said she will try to post tomorrow.

Thanks so much for letting us know Linda. I am sure we have all been on tenterhooks today wondering. Have been checking in here on a regular basis myself! Glad she is home but appalled they gave her nothing for pain at home.

Oh Linndie, I just wish I knew how to comfort you. I can't understand how you feel, just know how I would. This would be one of my worst nightmares. But...we're all going to come together here. You are going to come through this. Things have changed so much from before. So with the help of your surgeon, your family, your many many friends, and a whole world of prayer, you will be alright. We just have to believe that it will be so. If I can ever do anything for you, just ask.

I feel better that John lit the candles for me. I am trying to stay postive, mabey after Thursday, the fear will subside a little.

I have to go throught the needle in my lung again only this time 5 times, truth that scares me, Rich is going with me to speak to the radiologist, i just know if they let Rich in i will be a lot calmer, and the oncologist they have different meds they should have used. Thanks for everyone's prayers and love it means the world.
