I am a little confused lately on the Valve's being studied. Someone on CI forum posted about The Emphasys Endobronchial Valve (EBV™) having been submitted to FDA for approval but I couldn't find anything to back that up. Here is something older about it. I am too busy these days to look all this up.

There are a few of these around and have been in trial stage since I remember reading.
