Welcome to the COPD in Canada forum! Though it flies a Canadian flag we're an International group here.
My name is Jackie, aka Blossom; I hope to get to know you better. Please feel free to jump right in at any time on any subject matter whether it's in the COPD area, at the gym or General Discission. If you have a question about anything or want to contribute; don't be bashful. Some folks check in every morning "over the Back Fence" and chew the fat, others are ocassional posters. Or perhaps you simply want to read. Whatever you're comfortable with is just fine and I assure you that you'll be made to feel welcome.
Hope to see you on one of the boards!

Welcome Mike; You and I have exchanged e-mails. Here I am the bear, you know me as Barry. As the others say just jump in wherever and whenever you want. We have everything covered here from the early risers to the late partygoers and Larry in New Zealand who goes to bed when we get up. And Spike who stays up night and day, I think he's afraid of the bogeyman. I guess each of us has a lot to contribute so be encouraged and keep up the great work on the videos, and I with others, will keep writing letters and doing what we can to get the word out about COPD. Again, welcome Mike. ;D
