I got a call this morning from Rose (she can read but she just doesn't have the strength to type and tell you what happened.) She sounded just awful and it was bit difficult to understand her. However; I'm pretty sure I got this right.
Apparently she was in yesterday for a check up of her legs. They're healing; told her another 6 weeks and she should be able to exercise. Unfortunately.....
When she was leaving to return home (being transported by the ambulance people); they tipped the gurney over that she was on and she landed flat on her face. They took her back into the hospital checked her over and e'thing (thank Heavens nothing was broken) then transported her home. She says that there's not one part of her body that isn't sore.
Unbelievable. As if things weren't bad enough for her. Now this.
Please say a prayer for her and/or send warm & fuzzy, positive thoughts.

Oh Rose--Hugs, Hugs and more Hugs. Why did this have to happen? I'm so sorry. I know this was an accident, but now you are sore all over, and I know that is frustrating. Just cry it out. It always makes me feel better to have a good cry and after that, I usually feel better about a situation. I'll be glad to cry for you. Hugs and take care of yourself..Joyce

Ohh Rosemarie -- What a terrible accident to happen. I'm glad nothing else was broken and that your legs are healing. You've been through so much. Feel better soon.

Rosemarie called me tonight with some news. Rosemarie feels that she was not checked well enough at the hospital. Rosemarie feels that her arm is broken and the hospital people told her that they don't do anything for a broken arm anymore - to just leave it to heal on it's own. Rosemarie also has another lung infection, which she is taking medication for. Her arms are so sore and weak that she can't type or feed herself. Rosemarie is in a bad way and asked me to inform everyone of her condition. I'm praying for you Rosemarie -- get better real soon!!

Rosemarie--You will get through this. I can't believe this has happened, but it has, and I know you are frustrated, tired and in pain. I am praying for you along with many others who care for you. Try your best not to become discouraged. This is a difficult trial/time you are going through, and bit by bit you will heal. Keep those antibiotics flowing for your lung infection. Much love to you and many hugs, Joyce
