Well guess what Elf? You just got started!  It's great that you could join us! Whether it's COPD info, general discussion, Phil's Gym; the Rogue's Gallery, recipes......we try to accomodate for each other. If we don't know the answer; chances are we can point you in the right direction. A number of "regulars" check in daily at the fence; they're always looking for a "fresh face and discussion". Whatever you're comfortable with is just fine with us. Look around; use the Search tool if you want; then feel free to jump in anywhere, any time, any subject matter. Thanks for the welcome. I am not sure I really belong here. My copd is very mildand sometimes its like I don't have it at all. Every once in a while I get into trouble with my breathing.

Hi Elf we don't measure whether people belong here by the severity of their Copd...
some people that belong to our site are caregivers and some don't have Copd,
we trade information, give advice when asked for and encourage people to exercise and eat right,...
we have developed friendships and try hard to spread awareness of Copd...
