She has lost a daughter and will be missing for a while, hard to deal with the loss of your own children

Thank you all. I really appreciate and find comfort in your messages . I'm totally numb with shock and grief.
She apparently accidentally overdosed on her anxiety and anti depressant meds last night before she went to bed. Her S.O found her this morning.
We made all the arrangements today and will pick up her cremains on Monday.
Please understand if I'm not around much. This is very difficult.

Linda, my deepest sympathy to you and your family. I can't even imagine the pain and heartache you are feeling because I haven't loss a child, but I am positive it is probably the hardest thing in life.

I am so sorrry for your loss. I lost two sons, one 17 years ago and one about a year ago. If you ever need to talk feel free to e-mail me. One of my sons death was a lot like your daughter's. Take care, Sheila
