Please feel free to jump in anywhere anytime on any topic. Some folks check in daily at the Fence (come pop in and have a coffee with us), or over at the gym....we all need exercise.
Have a look around, use the Search tool, If there's a general interest item or COPD related issue you want to comment on or ask questions, by all means ask away.
. Or start a thread on a topic of interest or concern to you. Whatever YOU are comfortable with. Folks are pretty friendly and diversified here. If we don't the answer chances are we can point you in the right direction.

Welcome Omardam .... As the others iterated this is a great site, look around at your own pace, stick in a comment or an essay or just observe. It matters not.
Although most here are very direct, there are none judgmental or 'in your face' so welcome from another 'newbie'

Thank you all so much for the warm welcome..Sorry, I just now saw this! Ha! Looks like a great site and I am finding out alot of info for my husband who was diagnosed with emphyzema & copd 2 years ago. He doesn't get on the computer much so I do it for him and tell him about it! He is in very severe stage although he only needs 02 at nite! His o2 level stays in the mid 90's .His problem is he cannot exhale all the bad out causing his really bad shortness of breath. His FEVI is 22 percent! Am amazed he doesn't need o2 all the time with his breathing being so bad!But, he can take in the oxygen just cannot get rid of all out of his lungs...He is fixing to start rehab this month so hoping this helps him alot! Again, thanks to all for the warm welcome and so sorry I didn't see it sooner!

Omardam......
If your hubby only needs O2 at night and his sats are that good..... hey; that's terrific! I see a LOT of good things from what you said from your post!
Good luck to you, and to him with rehab!
