 Cleaner and WELCOME! Please feel free to jump in anywhere anytime on any topic. Some folks check in daily at the Fence- it's open to anyone, anytime... (come pop in and have a coffee with us), or If there's a general interest item or COPD related issue you want to comment on, share or ask questions, by all means ask away. Or start a thread on a topic of interest or concern to you. Whatever YOU are comfortable with. Folks are pretty friendly and diversified here and if they don't know something they'll point you in the right direction at he very least. I guarantee you'll be made to feel at home right away! hi . i am an early copd and always ashma person . i have been a smoker since i was 13. i am now sixty six. out of those 53 yrs i have been quit for aprox 25 yrs not all at once you understand! im good at quiting but poor at sticking to it . i relapsed 5 months ago. I am now back to being quit for the last month and hope to stay that way. i had a virus and nearly got pheumonia againhad that two yrs ago and it took along time to get over. since quiting i am improving every day . i hope to learn alot and maybe even help someone else . thanks for the welcome velma aka cleaner
