Sad day today, my Daughters neighbor Bill passed away from Cancer, a blessing for him as it was fast moving but my Grandsons were so close with him and his wife Anita, they are going to be upset that their Bill is not there anymore.
My friend's Mother passed away this morning from a brain hemorrhage.
This is also the anniversary of my Dad's passing away... 15 years ago, hard to believe he has been gone that long...

Not a good day for you. I am sorry. Try to give yourself a little time to recoup and then talk with the boys. Kids understand far more than we give them credit for. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I've no great words of wisdom to offer except go with it (your feelings) for today; holding back/avoiding will only postpone it and the dark clouds are apt to stay with you longer.
