First off...... welcome to a great family. A lot of people with a LOT of COPD info and living experience that want, and are willing to share, help and support. !
Somehow I've gotten a couple of notes ( this site might be acting up again) but..... it sounds like you want to know how to join us at the fence. I don't know at this point if it's "your" query or Sandy's. Maybe it was both! Again; chances are it's this Grrrrr site!
Go to "Home" (the main page here), look under "General" then click on "Over the Back Fence" We have a daily post there, just click on it.....
Look for reply and just start typing! Don't worry about the wrong place or anything like that..... we can move things if need be. BUT; I really looking forward to knowing you as does e'one here!
