Hi There,
I have just joined this site so am finding my way around. I was a member of the Caregiver forum but unfortunately it recently closed. My husband John was an early member of this group and lived an active life with COPD for 12 years. He died in July , but we both gained much knowledge and support from the participants of this network as we made this journey together.
I'm not sure what I can do here but am happy to provide whatever support I can - and I will continue to learn from everyone involved.

Barb 41, Welcome!! So good to see you here. I am sure that your experiences will also be helpful here. We are a big "family" and we need support from so many different "life experiences". Would love to hear how you are doing. Did you manage a visit with the grandkids yet? Don't be a stranger on the "Boards". Hugs Gwen   |

Welcome, Barb. It is always good to see support from someone who knows what others are going through. I worry about my husband, the caregiver, and wish I could have gotten him to partake of that forum, but now I guess what I'll need is direction on how to help him through this.
