Hi,
This is in response to a remark on this forum “There is no "cure" for COPD; if there was I assure you the medical/scientific field would be aware…”
In view of this, I only want to say that it is imperative that we think out side the box as our medical world has undergone a huge sea change in the recent past.
There is a new book "Pharmocracy" by William Faloon which would make us think outside the box specially as we are still under the impression that the FDA, the Congress and the Pharmaceutical Industry is working in our interest.
The book also outlines the logic of eradicating bureaucratic barriers that prevent cures for today's killer diseases from being discovered. We can certainly not rely on the medical fraternity to know of and inform us about all the developments that are going on in the field of alternative medicine specially. Our doctors know only what is taught to them in school and then only what is brought to their attention from time to time by the pharma companies through their medical reps. Also a MD is not educated in nutritional "medicine" and the subject is totally outside his scope.
There is a 29-minute interview with William Faloon which can be previewed by using this link below:
Happy reading/watching.

Nashlo; I watched the tape on medicines & I do have to admit there is merit to what you are referring to. As a fellow copder I hope you are doing well on your meds . Do you have any experiences you would like to share with us regarding the prescribed meds you take ?

Hi John,
I have a lot to share but it has to be put together properly and presented properly so that no feather is ruffled.
Once bitten twice shy. I do not want my nose to be rubbed into the ground again about peddling, flea markets and someone asking me to send 3 months supply with CC to even the FDA. I am oh so shivering in my......!
Well John, I will put something together next weekend. The X'mas madness is here and since I am in the Financial, the year end is coming. So you know how excited we all get. NO TIME TO BREATHE could be the right way to say it.
Take care, see ya.
Nash
