I don't understand how the "mark as read" option works. Would someone please be kind enough to enlighten me??? Many thanks.  |

Before you open a thread it has a blue 'bubble' that says new, once you read it the new sign goes unless somebody else adds to the thread.
If you click 'Mark as read' all the 'new' signs will be removed without your reading them.
