I have learned that Linndie is in the hospital . Please keep her in your prayers .@ this time
I believe it is for rest & maintenance. Rich has informed me that Linndie will come on our forum when she gets home ..in the future. If I should become aware of any new info, I'll be sure to post it .

I was hoping Linndie would be home by now. Guess it's good to keep her in there until she's stronger. I know she'd like to be home for Christmas so hope that's what the future holds for her.
Prayers for her and Rich. For the twins, too, seeing as they just saw their grandpa pass away I would think they'd have to have some fear for Linndie.

Linndie; I soooo hope your getting some rest and proper care right now. Being in the hospital isn't nice at any time but I really do think that you need this time to get well again and recharge your batteries. We'll be waiting to hear from you but please; don't rush things....

Thanks for the update, Bobbi. You know, I was just thinking....didn't Rich get Linndie an iPad? I wonder if she can't use that to get on the Forum while in the hospital. I don't know enough about them but I thought they had internet access. Anybody know? It would be nice if she could and would cheer her up to read all the well-wishes. I know they meant a lot to me. I wonder if her hospital has greeting card service , too. I LOVED my cards from all of you!

I am home, I got so sick i could not breathe, but slowly am making it back up the hill, thank you all so much for your good wishes and prayers, beleive me they really do help. Having health problems are bad enough but throw in the holidays and it seems much worse. Yes Papa Bill's passing has really hit us all, think this Christmas will be more about family being together and making sure my girls have a good Christmas and being with family will be the star on the tree, this year. I love you all! Sue Rich did get me an I Pad i hate it, i like my desk top computer, he also got as baby computer called a tablet, he is mr. techie just gimmie my ole big desk top

So happy to hear you are home, that has to feel so good, and you get to sleep in your own bed. Yea. Now, make sure you take things easy, don't try to get everything done, that is not what is important right now. Being with your family, and being able to enjoy their company is far more important than meals and trees and stuff. So you rest, let the others do the stuff and if it doesn't get done so be it. You rest and enjoy them.

I was so happy to see your post, Linndie!!! So happy to know you're home, too. Now, as Mary said, just take it easy and let everyone else do the work. I've been home about 6 weeks now and still wasn't able to do anything for Christmas but sit and direct, . It's not the same but the togetherness of family is what's important, like you said. I'll bet the kids are so glad to have Grandma home from the hospital! Will you be having any home nursing care for a while after you got home? I know you said you hated the Ipad and tablet but thought you might have wanted to get in touch with us while you were in the hospital and would 'cave' in and use one of them, . I missed everyone so much and in my rehab room there was a really nice desk area for a computer. I kept imagining my desktop on it, . I hate the laptops, etc, too. It was the one time I wished I'd had one or an iPad or tablet...something portable. Anyways, Welcome home!!!! Sue

It's good to have you home Linndie! And; just in time for Christmas. Please lay low, rest and give yourself time to recover. Let your family take care of all the Christmas prep etc. and don't give it a 2nd thought. I'm sure they can manage quite nicely and I know they'd rather have you there with them at home than back in the hospital. I have spoken. ;D
