Annabob; thank you for letting us know! And; TY to her hubby (Barry) who is involved in our buddy system! It makes all the difference! I know Sandy has trouble with Pred (even at 25 mg) Right now..... we just want her to get well and "hopefully" that's what it is... just a reaction maybe..... So; Miss Sandy.... OH dear Sandy, not the dreaded prednisone reaction again. Hopefully it will be shortened with this hospital stay. Just relax, do the breathing treatments and let them take care of you. You'll be fine soon. I'll keep you in my prayers til you're better. Actually, I always pray for all of us but make special intentions for the sick ones and now that's you! Thanks to Barry for letting Ann know...he's a good husband to you hun. See if he can find out if there's ecards we can send to you while you're in the hospital. Love and hugs, Sue |

just received a phone call from Barry, Sandy's husband. She is still in the hospital and he does not know when they will let her come home, He does not feel she is doing much better than when she went in. Of course they are not telling him to much, as usual. Barry promised he would keep me updated. She asked him to bring up a pair of jeans and a shirt the next time he gos to see her. I hope she is not going to be stubborn and tell them she just wants to go home.

I guess we don't know as yet what happened but; it does sound like she's doing a whole lot better! And, if she's asking for clothes she may actually be getting out. Hard to say though because it is a Holiday weekend.
Any idea which hospital she's in?

Sandy jumps and gets out as soon as she feels she's able to. Too fast most of the time. I hope she decides to stay and get strong as she can, although I can say that sometimes being in the hospital makes you weaker. Depends on whether you get up and walk around I guess.
Please take care and listen to what is recommended, Sandy. We want you back here as soon as SAFELY possible! Besides you don't have to worry about anything while you're there.
